Was just watching your short videos I enjoyed them so much…I want to “TAKE BACK M Y LIFE” I weighed 421 when I lost my husband I was 43… thought I should go see how I am because of his death he was 57 in excellent health…. except I found out he had high bp.
Anyways when I found out how big I was I was very upset I had 4 kids to raise and my family had a history of sugar & hert disease. My dr. Wasn’t to worried cause I was active ex. robe my bike for fun every night, played soccer & loved basketball. My sugar was normal, bp pressure normal… but still I was not happy so I started my diet I’m down 295 but still a struggle at times I had to go to college get an career and job which I love,but I still need help to lose,get toned & fit for the rest of my life…. I believe you can help I do yoga, medicate, walk 2 miles a day… it’s my emotional eating I need under control. You know stress eating??
