It’s women’s history month, and while there’s PLENTY of INCREDIBLE women we can celebrate throughout history, I want you to focus on one of the most important  – YOU!

When was the last time you did something for yourself? I mean REALLY did something JUST for you. I don’t mean doing something for “yourself” like going to the grocery store alone or like picking up something special for you and the family – I mean celebrating YOU the way you should be celebrated.

Start by renewing your commitment to your health, happiness, and those New Year’s goals!

I know life gets busy and you sometimes get knocked off course so this is a reminder to recommit to those goals and get back on track.

Of course, if you need a little help, I’m always here to coach you! Sometimes you just need a little expertise and accountability to get you over the hump so you can transform your life!

I recommend kicking off your renewal with some serious self-care! Self-care is  a necessity for a happy, healthy life and it reinforces your self-love.

Women give so much to our families and communities. Showing yourself some love helps you recharge.

If you’re looking for an idea on how to give yourself a little care, I have just the thing for Women’s History Month. In fact, I do it for Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, my birthday, and every day that I can. Aerial view of a large, modern building with a glass facade and surrounding parking lot.

It’s my private escape and my secret to keeping all of me in shape, but I’m happy to share it with you.

My coaching program is all about taking a holistic approach to self-care. It’s about loving yourself so much that you make good, healthy choices every day.

Think of self-love as an investment with a guaranteed return. The more love you invest in yourself, the more your love grows, and the more love you have to invest in others.

In fact, research shows that self-care is extremely good for our health, with benefits including:

  • Boosting energy levels and vitality
  • Strengthening immune system
  • Improving cardiovascular health
  • Aids in muscle relaxation and pain relief
  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Boosts self-esteem and confidence
  • Fosters a deeper sense of purpose and inner peace
  • Encourages personal growth and self-reflection

Here’s to blooming brighter and loving yourself deeper this Spring!
