The other day I caught myself dancing to the music, and it made me smile because one thing about me hasn’t changed…

I just can’t stop moving. 💃

At 74 years young, I’m far too busy dancing to the beat to be sitting in a rocking chair.

And I mean that in more ways than one.

I didn’t spend decades learning how to move, stretch, strengthen, heal, fall down, get back up, and find my rhythm just to sit on the sidelines because someone decided women over a certain age should slow down.

Not a chance.

Life is still moving…and I plan to move right along with it.

We’re Not Chasing 25

Now don’t get me wrong—I believe in rest. I believe in peace. I believe in listening to your body when it whispers before it starts shouting.

But resting isn’t the same as giving up.

I’m not trying to be 25 again.

I’m trying to be the healthiest, strongest, happiest 74-year-old I can be.

I love walking into a room with my head held high, my shoulders back, and confidence in my step—not because I’m trying to impress anyone, but because I know who I am.

I don’t move to prove anything to the world.

I move because this body still carries my dreams.

Your Body Is Still Listening

Maybe you’ve noticed your energy isn’t what it used to be.

Maybe your clothes fit differently.

Maybe you’ve looked in the mirror and wondered where that younger version of yourself went.

Believe me, I’ve had those moments too.

But here’s what I know…

Your body is still listening.

It responds when you nourish it with healthy food.

It responds when you strengthen it.

It responds when you stretch, walk, dance, and show it kindness instead of criticism.

Your body hasn’t given up on you.

Don’t give up on it.

And remember—you don’t have to change everything overnight. Small, consistent choices create extraordinary results.

Let’s Keep Dancing

That’s exactly why I created my program.

It’s not about making you work out like you’re 25.

It’s about helping you rediscover the strength, confidence, energy, and joy that’s been inside you all along.

So don’t let anyone tell you what you can or can’t do because of your age.

Eat well.

Move your body.

Protect your peace.

Celebrate your strength.

And whenever the music starts playing…

Dance like your future depends on it.

Because in many ways, it does. ❤️

If you’d like a little guidance along the way, you know I’ve always got your back.

See you on the dance floor! 🪩
