“I realized just how many films that I have actually done that have portrayed women in jeopardy and needing to really escape. I can't imagine the pain and suffering that is going on and so many women feeling so alone. You are not alone! I am so honored to be a part of this amazing event. I celebrate Take Back Your Life and Wendy Ida!”

“I want to say one thing to Take Back Your Life. You have got this mission! Thank you for making women stand up and say there is nothing wrong with who you are and that your abuse is our responsibility to lift you up. This fine woman, Wendy Ida, and us together can raise awareness and take the stigma off of domestic violence. There is possibility and there is hope. Take Back your Life!!”

“I am just amazed by Wendy Ida. I googled her and read her entire story. I saw what she looks like and her age and what she has overcome. I grew up around domestic violence. I thank God for dance and fitness! It saved my life! Big shout out to Wendy Ida and Take Back Your Life.”

“If we stick together as women we can create a better future. I am really happy to be a part of the Take Back Your Life Gala and just allow my voice to be used for something positive for women. I want to give a very special shout out to Wendy Ida and the Take Back Your Life Foundation.”
~ Michelle Delamor, American Idol (Season 9) |
“It is very exciting what you all are doing and such a service for women in need. Wendy is looking great and so powerful and able to rise above the things that have happened to her. She is able to say it's ok to acknowledge it, come out about it and get female support and power around you. Congratulations to Wendy and the Take Back Your Life Foundation!”
